Beginners Yoga Course
A four-week beginners Yoga course.
This course is designed for men, women & teens who are new to Yoga.
You will learn how to do each pose correctly and we will start to put the poses together into a gentle flow sequence. At the end of the course you will feel confident enough to join in with a live Yoga class.
The weekly classes are programmed as follows:
Week 1 – We cover the fundamentals of each individual pose, breaking them down and working with our breath.
Week 2 – We cover pose alignment, modifications, and breath work.
Week 3 – We practice a gentle flow class, moving our body through gentle poses to relax the mind and the body and then finishing with yoga Nidra.
Week 4 – We practice a slow gentle flow, alignment reminders, pose recap, breath work and any questions.
The course is £45.00 and includes:
- Four weekly 60 minute live online classes.
Downloadable clips of the breakdown of each pose to keep.
Access to all 4 live classes on demand for you to refer back to and practice as much as you like.
I am also including a FREE 7 day pass on completion of the course, giving you access to all of my online classes in any 7 day period.

This is a private Facebook members club where you can access past and present recorded classes. The membership fee is £20 per month and this includes a minimum of 2 new classes a week and access to recordings of all past classes.
Private One to One
If you have a busy lifestyle and are unable to commit to scheduled class times, a private class can be more flexible to suit. Ideal if you are a complete beginner to Yoga practice
