Hi, I’m Jacqui Doyle, a Yoga Alliance qualified teacher and BWY Menopause Yoga trained with over 7 years Yoga teaching experience. I’m also an ICF certified DISC certified transformational coach

By combining my expertise in yoga with my coaching training, I offer a life coaching programme that is centered around your well-being and focuses your awareness on mind and body. I will help you feel healthy, present and confident to move towards your dreams and goals.

I will help you examine your challenges, take ownership of your actions and find clarity on what you really want from your professional and personal life.

I ran this retreat last January and we had such an amazing time so I was really excited to run it again for next year.

Menopause Yoga 
Are you experiencing menopause symptoms or maybe you aren’t there yet but would like to learn a little about what to expect and your options how to manage menopause to help you have a positive journey? 

During my class we will talk all things menopause, I will take you through a yoga practice focusing on certain symptoms and you will go home with the tools to use in everyday life.
